There is a news report stating his name and employee status, and there is a article about it on the Liberty News website. He is also listed as Eugene Reaper in the games credits. Grand Theft AJ 16:04, November 23, 2009 (UTC)
It says he was only featured in "Three Leaf Clover", but he was seen outside U.L.C.P.'s building in the first mission talking on his phone! MrNaku45 02:30, November 27, 2009 (UTC)
That's not him. The guy's voice sounds WAY different than Reaper's.

I don't know about you guys but I always thought that he looked like Toreno in GTA IV. He had the same look and his voice seemed almost identical. I know it ain't him but they really looked alike. Starship Troopers 17:51, June 11, 2011 (UTC)
