The Psycho is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, voiced by Will Morton. He has an obsession of killing the four members of the band Love Fist, and dresses up as a woman to get near the band. He attempts to kill Love Fist, but is himself seemingly killed by Tommy Vercetti. However, he survives and plants explosives in Love Fists limousine, with Tommy driving around Vice City whilst the band members defuse the bomb. He is not seen or heard from again after that.

The Psycho looks like the killer in the 1980 film "Dressed to Kill".

In the mission Psycho Killer he states that Love Fist ruined his life and in Publicity Tour he says that he gave them a chance to be friends but it is still unknown how they ruined his life.
