The Snow Storm is a mission for Elizabeta Torres in Grand Theft Auto IV. Niko recovers her lost cocaine from the old hospital on Colony Island, fights off the police, and Michelle's secret is revealed.
Walkthrough
You walk in on Elizabeta and Little Jacob arguing. Elizabeta has been ripped off some coke to some buyers that Little Jacob had connected her to, and demands you to get back what she feels Jacob lost for her.
Head to the old hospital. The cocaine is hidden somewhere inside, you are to kill anyone that gets in your way. There are a lot of guards inside but they are not difficult. Move through the building room by room until there are no red dots left on your radar. Always check above you in each new room you enter. There are a few of them that like to shoot down from the roof. The coke is in a bag on the table in the final room.
The NOOSE team shows up when you call Jacob. He's on his way but first you must escape the hospital. Be patient and use doorways for cover and fight your way out. Get into the first vehicle you see and take off. After you lose the cops go and meet Jacob. He is waiting in Chase Point.
There is a second option to lose the cops. Take the coke from the table and make the call to Jacob. After this call, the place is surrounded by cops. Backtrack through the hospital until you reach the outside area. If you run straight ahead you will end up in the parking lot. Do not take this route. Instead, make a turn to the right where you will see an opening in the fence. Shoot the cop and run through the opening which will lead you to the water. There will be a speedboat waiting for you in the river. Steal the boat and escape the police.
Or another way is that if you look around the whole building there is a ladder that gets you to the second story of the hospital. this helps you take out guards and the coke is very near and once you get the coke the NOOSE will handle the dealers. Which makes them concentrate more on the dealers than you.
When you meet up with Jacob, Michelle is there. She reveals her identity as a government agent sent to watch Niko (see Karen). She confiscates the coke from you and tells you that the agency she is working for needs Niko to do some jobs for them. Jacob tells Niko that Elizabeta won't be happy about this.
Completion of this mission unlocks the combat shotgun in the gun store and unlocks missions for United Liberty Paper (if you have completed the mission, "Photo Shoot").

In order to complete the mission the player must:
- Go to the old hospital and get Elizabeta's coke back
- Find the drugs in the hospital and take out anyone in your way
- You've found Elizabeta's stuff, the coke is on the table
- N.O.O.S.E. are raiding the hospital, get out of there and lose your wanted level
- Go and meet Little Jacob
