Background
Tommy is a criminal who resides in Law Island, Liberty City. In 1997, he is a member of the Vercotti Crime Family and works for the gang's supposed leader Robert "Bubby" Seragliano. His surname is only revealed on Bubby's rap sheet available on the official GTA website.
Events of Grand Theft Auto
He first appears in order to pay the GTA Protagonist for blowing up the local police precinct. Tommy later robs a bank in South Hackenslash and has the protagonist work as a getaway driver, driving him back to his home in North Law Island.
