Trans-Plant is a company dealing in organs, whose motto was "the organ retrieval specialists". They were present in Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto III. They helped create the Sweeney General Hospital, located in Portland View, Portland Island, in 1897.
"Trans-Plant" is an obvious pun on "transplant", the act of moving an organ from one body to another.
