The unnamed Jewish mobster is a member of the Jewish Mob and a close associate to Isaac Roth. You can either choose to spare his life or you can kill him.

Trivia
- If the player shoots at him before cornering him, he will have to be killed, as he will shoot back at them.
- Along with Adam Dimayev's Goon, he doesn't appear in a Random Encounter, if spared.
