The Devils Chosen Motorcycle Club is an outlaw motorcycle club operating primarily out of Waylon in the state of San Andreas. By mid-2013 the club had risen to dominate the criminal underworld of the city taking control of its prostitution and drug rackets. It maintains a strict and often violent control over the local criminal underworld ruthlessly opposing any challenge to its dominance.
History
According to the Devils Chosen website, the club was formed in late 2012 by Angus Martin, who had been set up by The Lost, and four members of The Lost MC. Angered by the betrayal the group took off their patches in disgust and formed their own club to regain the brotherhood and loyalty that had been lost.
Initially based in Grapeseed the club was forced to leave town due to extreme public pressure and harassment by the Blaine County Sheriff's Department which put heavy pressure on the young club. The club, which at that time consisted of only six members, rode north and settled in Waylon where it continues to operate today.
Ever since its formation the Devils Chosen MC has expressed a deep hatred and contempt for The Lost MC and its members who they see as a "...bunch of backstabbers and traitors" which has led to a small number of violent confrontations between the two clubs.
The newest members of the Waylon chapter include several disillusioned veterans of the war in the Middle East who came to the club seeking the brotherhood and camaraderie they'd found in the army - which the Devils Chosen readily offered.
San Andreas chapters
The Waylon chapter is the "mother chapter" of the Devils Chosen MC formed in late 2012. It is the oldest, and subsequently the most powerful, chapter and the base of the club's power. It was this chapter that formed working relationships with the Ballas, Varrios Los Aztecas and the infamous Angels of Death MC.
Prominent members of the "mother chapter" include Angus Martin, Frank "Frankie" Colt and Halbert "Hal" Miller. The chapter is heavily involved in the distribution of methamphetamine and marijuana. In addition to its criminal enterprises the chapter operates at least one legitimate business.
Paleto Bay, Blaine County - San Andreas
In mid-2013 the Paleto Bay chapter was formed after the Jesters MC, a very small motorcycle club that had transitioned into an outlaw club, patched over to the Devils Chosen at a patch party at Hookies in North Chumash. The Jesters MC, which had originally been a law-abiding motorcycle club before becoming involved in the outlaw world, had patched over in order to make use of the protection offered by greater numbers after being threatened by several criminal groups.
Though it is an official chapter of the Devils Chosen the Paleto Bay chapter is currently being observed by the "mother chapter" to ensure that they have what it takes. Though very few in numbers the young chapter has violently assaulted members of The Lost MC when they ride through town. On one occasion several members of the chapter approached a The Lost member at a local bar, followed him outside into an alley and beat him to death before taking his patch.
Support Clubs
Berchem, Alderney City - Alderney
The Devils Chosen MC has a small presence on the east coast through its small support club the Gunthugs MC. As an official support club the Gunthugs act both as hired guns and as a support club carrying out the wishes of the Devils Chosen when called to do so. This allows the Devils Chosen to act in the Alderney City/Liberty City to a limited degree via channels of communication between the two clubs.
Seeking to prove itself the Gunthugs MC have been all too happy to carry out the orders of the Devils Chosen hoping to earn the right to become an official chapter of the Devils Chosen.
The Rogue Riders MC is a small support club of the Devils Chosen based in Dillimore in Los Santos County. The club has willingly affiliated itself with the Devils Chosen MC and has been given support club status to allow the club to act further afield in the state. The Rogue Riders frequently serve as hired guns for the Devils Chosen eagerly carrying out their orders seeking to become an official chapter of the Devils Chosen.
The Rogue Riders are embroiled in a turf war with their rivals the Road Lords MC over control of the drug and prostitution industry in Dillimore. In exchange for a cut of the profits the Devils Chosen have agreed to help their support club in its war against the Road Lords - but in order to prove their worth the Rogue Riders are expected to largely "take care of business" themselves.
Organization and Patch
A strict set of club rules and regulations, known in the outlaw biker world as 'club by-laws', dictate the founding rules put in place by the Devils Chosen to maintain order and unity in the club. Except in very special cases patched members and prospects are expected to adhere to these rules or face expulsion from the club.
Three of the most important rules are; never kill a member of the club unless sanctioned under extreme circumstances, never make a move on another member's old lady, and never speak to law enforcement. Other by-laws include club dues, membership requirements, ranking member responsibilities and how the club interacts with other clubs and groups.
The Devils Chosen MC wears a three-piece patch in the same general layout to those worn by clubs across the world. The "rockers" worn by the Devils Chosen feature blue writing on a white background with the top rocker bearing the club name and the bottom rocker carrying the words 'San Andreas'. The center patch, or club logo, is a savagely grinning bone-white horned skull with fire streaming from its eyes set in the middle of a stylized diamond. The skull's horns are large and savagely pointed capping off the menacing logo.
Territory
The Devils Chosen MC claims Waylon and the surrounding Waylon County as its primary territory but has recently formed connections with small motorcycle clubs across the state. Though it wears a 'San Andreas' bottom rocker the club is not yet very active outside its home territory - but expansion is a major interest with alliances being formed with "brother clubs" as far away as Dillimore and Montgomery.
The club is violently and aggressively protective of its turf and has brutally repelled attempts by Los Santos based gangs to set up in the city. There are no other gangs in the city but the Devils Chosen shares its turf with a small number of small-time criminal groups over which it maintains a strict and often violent dominance. The club enforces its dominance and takes a "street tax" from small-time criminal groups either voluntarily or by force - any group that defies the club is viciously put down.
Affiliations
Despite being barely over two years old the Devils Chosen Motorcycle Club has forged alliances and business relationships with several other criminal groups.
A mutual hatred for The Lost MC has put the Devils Chosen on good terms with notorious outlaw motorcycle club the Angels of Death MC. Though far larger than the Devils Chosen the Angels of Death have not ignored the club as they do with many small clubs and has instead granted it a 'brother club' status. Members of the Angels of Death have visited the Devils Chosen MC Club House in Waylon on at least two occasions to drink and party. The Devils Chosen have agreed to help the Angels establish a presence in Los Santos.
The club also has an ongoing business relationship with Trevor Philips, the Ballas and the Varrios Los Aztecas. The Devils Chosen MC trafficks meth for Trevor Philips Enterprises in Waylon and via the Aztecas and Ballas in Los Santos on a twice monthly basis.

The Devils Chosen MC has appeared in the media several times. Every media appearance has been carefully manipulated by the club to avoid providing proof of the club's "alleged" criminal activities.
The club featured in the "Riding With The Devils" episode of the Underbelly of Paradise which centered on the club's heavy presence in Waylon, it's control of the city's criminal underworld, the club's beginnings and its ongoing feud with The Lost MC. Interviews with selected members, carefully organized and manipulated by the club, featured disguised voices and concealed appearances.
The Devils Chosen has also appeared in several Weazel News news stories centering on its connection to the infamous Angels of Death and other criminal elements in the state. The most recent news story reported on the club's growing influence outside Waylon and a recent Waylon County run carried out by the club.
