Fact?
If 9/11 didn't happen
Well this would have obviously effected the series if 9/11 didn't happen. Such as in GTA IV, i'm sure the map would have been bigger to make room for the WTC. In the picture here, this is the possible location of where the WTC would be. So ya, Algonquin would be bigger, Happiness Island would be out a bit farther. And possibly the Rotterdam Tower would be a bit farther north, making Algonquin longer. I don't have to mention GTA III because we all know there WAS gonna be WTC but was removed.
