Biography
Background
Childhood
Ben was raised in Vice Point in Vice City. Nothing is known about his family but by age 7 he met Ken Rosenberg while doing some minor yard work at Leaf Links. It didn't take long until they became friends and soon treated each other like family members. Some time around 1993 Ken took care of him and flew to Las Venturas where he met Salvatore Leone and soon they saw each other as a father-and-son pair and later changed his last name to Leone. Some time around 1995 they flew to Liberty City and continued his life there.
Adult life in Liberty City
By 2000 he started living his own life but still helping out his friends and the Leones. After the death of Salvatore Leone Liberty City got taken over by the Pegorino crime family and it is unknown what happened to Joey Leone. In 2009 he met Luis Fernando Lopez in Maisonette 9. They soon became close friends and Luis introduced him to Yusuf Amir. Not long after he started working for Yusuf, these involved in stealing a Skylift and other major crimes.
Events during GTA Online
Some time around 2013 he met Lamar Davis on Lifeinvader who helped him to move to Los Santos. After arriving to Los Santos Lamar introduced him to a few of his friends and Ben helped them out which caught the attention of Lester Crest and Martin Madrazo soon after he became business partners with both of them.
