Inactive Bureaucrats

I've noticed that all the bureacrats are inactive, and having an active admin team is one of the most important things that a wiki should have, so I would really like to become one here on GTA Wiki, I requested to adopt this wiki, but it's on hold now, it will be greatful if you accept me to be a bureaucrat around here. I'll promote new admins to help me on this wiki while I am not around, I'll keep this wiki safe from any vandalism, I'll edit the tittle and description of the wiki and put more keywords there to boost the wiki's google ranking. You are welcomed to tell me about the things you would like to be done and I'll review it.

Thank - you.

List of things I'll do:

1-Fix and organize the wiki's contents and delete spam pages like this: http://gta.wikia.com/Bully

2-Promote new active admins to help users and fix and organize the wiki's contents.

3- Create a set of fair policies, so that this wiki doesn't fall into chaos, also we have to consider copyright law when it comes to uploading images to the wiki.

4- Also create a guideline on how to properly write and format articles on this wiki.

5-Edit the MediaWiki:tittle and description and put keywords, to keep and raise this wiki's google ranking.

6-Create a Community Noticeboard which will be for discussion and voting on changes to the wiki, reporting vandalism and wiki rule breaking, requests for promotion, and reporting bad or unfair behaviour from GTA Wiki staff.

The following is a list of some of the rules I'll add: (These rules will and should be applied on the admins too)

1- Blocking Policy: Blocking is the method by which Bureaucrats and Administrators may technically prevent users from editing on GTA Wiki. Blocks are used to prevent damage or disruption to the wiki, not to punish users.

2- Assume Good Faith Policy: Will be a fundamental principle and a core policy on GTA Wiki. As we allow anyone to edit, it will follow that we have to assume that most people who work on the project are trying to help it, not hurt it. If this weren't true, this wiki project would be doomed from the beginning.

3- Civility: Civility will be a standard of conduct that editors should follow. In short, it means treat people politely and with respect even if you are disagreeing with them.

4- Talk Page guidelines: Always sign your comments with 4 tildes / Do not edit other people's writing on talk pages without their consent, an exception may be made for formatting errors which disrupt the flow of the talk page / Be civil with others.

5- Image Policy (this rules has many details and will be reviewed later)

Thank you,
