Locking down promotions

Hey Dan, what do you think of maybe locking down the Promotion page, since we have 3 b-crats, 4 administrators and 8 patrollers? I don't think we need any more staff. BTW I locked the promotions page so that no one filed a "if they're thinking of stopping promotions I better apply right now" promotion request, but if we decide not to do that we can just unprotect. Grandtheftwiki

Don't know if you have any particular reason to care or not, but I thought I'd let you know. Grandtheftwiki has been down for several days now, and before it went down Gboyers had been only making a few edits per month. I don't know if it's dead or not, but it might be. Promotions

I voided two RfAs and an RfP, since people who'd failed RfA's only a week or so ago were posting new requests. I left Cloudkit's RfP up since we've got a spot and he might make it, it's close, and I want to recuse on it since I just got done throwing my weight around working with the Dodo/Sasquatch situation. Ilan said he doesn't wants to be a B'cat. Anyway, if I would become an Admin, there would be 3-5-6/5. Is enough 3 b'cats, 5 admins is a normal number, and if I leave and Bob cutlass will be demoted for being inactive, there would be 5 patrollers which I think is enough. I know I had civility issues, but I have experience with Admin tools and I can create templates. If M.K. is helping users, JB is a a car expert, Vaultboy is is a grammar expert, Ilan is a good editor, maybe I could be the guy with templates. Dodo8 ^Talk

I have been given a suitable bollocking for my "disgusting and despicable" conduct & have subsequently changed my personal information so it is now suitable for any primary school children or Maily Dail readers that may come across this wiki. Hey Dan, I made a "legitimate use alternate account" to use in the chatrooms (User:McJeff Chat). Basically I turn on Google Chrome and use it to chat while using Firefox to keep using this account. So I unbanned him, but when he started again by telling Zaibatsu to shut up, I banned him for that, so I told him if he wants to be unbanned, he has to apologize to Zaibatsu for telling him to shut up, I have proof of him being banned from chat in the other wiki.
