The Uzi
The Uzi is a very popular submachine gun that has been in every GTA III Era game. It is arguably one of the most used weapons encountered in the games. Not as fast as the Ingram Mac-10 but it has enough firepower to kill eight people in two seconds.
It is seen often in the hands of gangsters roaming the streets throughout the various cities. The Uzi is seen in various models and configurations through the games. It is commonly available with 25, or 30 round magazines, and is one of the dual wieldable weapons on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. In GTA Vice City, the Uzi is only available at Ammu-Nation shop and the Vercetti Estate (once Rub Out is completed).

Locations
GTA 3
- Harwood - At the corner of the concrete embankment just northeast of the car crusher at the Harwood Junkyard.
- Saint Marks - In one of the backyards running along an alleyway. From Cipriani's Ristorante, go south to the next block and turn left into the alley right next to a shop with a green awning. Once inside the alley, head east then turn left at the third opening (near the police bribe). Turn east and you will see the weapon next to a hidden package.
- Red Light District - Available to buy from Ammu-Nation after completion of Cipriani's Chaffeur ($800).
- Trenton - On top of Liberty City Sawmills (near the large teal rooftop on the west side) next to the body armor icon. Use the very low wall near the bus station. Walk on the low wall and jump over the sawmill wall. Then go over to the large mound of sawdust to gain access to the rooftop.
- Newport - Available to buy from Ammu-Nation after completion of Last Requests ($800).
GTA Vice City
- Prawn Island - On the front porch of the Mendez Brother's House.
- North Point Mall - Available to buy from Ammu-Nation from start of game ($400).
- Washington Beach - Near the front end of the tall apartment building with a swimming pool out back.
- Ocean Beach - Behind the Ocean Beach Pay 'N' Spray.
- Downtown - Under the stairs at the road curve northeast of the Greasy Chopper.
GTA San Andreas
- Underneath the bridge connecting East Los Santos and Ganton.
