Video Blowout! is a video rental and retail company in Los Santos in 1992. The business has two stores; one in Jefferson and another in El Corona. Video Blowout! seems to be a local business, only having stores in Los Santos.

The company advertises a promotion called "Video Preview and News' where it offers sixteen movies for six dollars. However, the player cannot make use of this offer as both stores are inaccessible. Video Blowout! doesn't play a role in the storyline at all.
