Vinnie is the partner and boss of Mike, who insisted Mike in doing a few more jobs before leaving the city. He was allegedly killed by a car bomb, with "his" remains found in the vehicle. He would be killed by Mike, as he reveals his true nature and the motive.

• Jonnie - Killed for attempting to find out what happened on Vinnie's "Fake death"
• Cisco - Killed and covered it as Mike killed him him so the Colombian Cartel can kill Mike.
