Wayne is an unseen character in GTA V. Nothing is known about him other than the fact that he lives in Vinewood Hills and that he owns a Rapid GT.
Trivia
- On the Grand Theft Auto V website, he was talking about his parole officer when he explained about his current predicament, it's unknown what he is on parole for.
