Description
The Westminster Towers are known for being notoriously violent, and drug infestedhHousing projects in Liberty City. They are also where Dwayne Forge grew up. They also seem to be one of, if not the most violent projects in Liberty City. The Westminster Towers are shaped rectangularly, and only one apartment is accessible in the only accessible building. That apartment is where the mission 'A Long Way To Fall ' takes place. It is this place in which you kill Teddy in the same mission.
Population
The Westminster Towers are populated by African Americans and some people of Latino Descent. There are very few Caucasians in all three of the projects.
