Xai is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. He is an associate of Chan Jaoming.

He only appears in the PSP version of the game, as Melanie Mallard's missions (and an extra mission for Chan) are only available on this platform.

In his only appearance, he gives Huang a new drug made by Chan, so Huang takes it all over the city and Melanie gets prize-awarding footage.

After Chan's death, it is unknown what happened to Xai.
