Yolanda Whittaker, also known as Yo-Yo (born on August 4, 1971 in Los Angeles, California), is a Grammy nominated American actress and voice actress, as well as a hardcore rapper known primarily among hip hop fans and music critics during the 1990s. She provided the voice of Kendl Johnson in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. She appeared in TV shows such as The Parent 'Hood, Martin, New York Undercover, Moesha, Trials of Life, and The Jamie Foxx Show.
