Al Espinosa
Al Espinosa (born August 18, 1968 in Oriente, Cuba) is a Mexican actor and voice actor who voiced Miguel in Grand Theft Auto III. He has also appeared in such shows as iCarly, NCIS, House M.D., Diagnosis Murder, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, 30 Rock, Royal Pains, Law & Order: LA, Cosby and NYPD Blue.
