Andee is the co-host of Lips 106 in 1998, the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, alongside Cliff Lane, whom she dislikes because of his perverted rants about teenage girls and his constant jibes about her age. In 2001, the setting of Grand Theft Auto III, Andee is the sole host of Lips 106. She is voiced on both games by Shelley Miller.
