Biff Rock
Biff Rock is a film star who rejected the advances of Asuka Kasen in 2000. Asuka sends Mike to kill him and to bring back his shoes as proof. Mike goes to a film set and finds Biff, who is struggling to get into his character. Mike kills his bodyguards on the set, which is filmed. Mike agrees to give the rights of the footage to Biff in exchange for his alligator shoes. Mike can kill Biff, depending on the players choice.
