Billy’s Records in Little Haiti.
Billy’s Records is a chain of record stores. The stores in both GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas cannot be accessed by the player and never play a role in neither of the games' storylines. They have been in business since at least 1986. The slogan for the business is "Donde los "hits" suenan primero", which is Spanish for "Where the hits are heard first".
