Blitzkrieg Strikes Again is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories given to protagonist Victor Vance by his brother Lance Vance from his apartment in Ocean Beach, Vice City.
Mission
Before doing this mission you need to own at least seven Empire Building sites. Once acquired, Victor Vance drops by his brother, Lance's apartment. While inside he finds Phil Cassidy wielding a gun. Victor surprised, opens the door and sees Umberto Robina, the leader of the Cubans, and Lance arrive.
