Blitzkrieg Strikes Again is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories given to protagonist Victor Vance by his brother Lance Vance from his apartment in Ocean Beach, Vice City.
Mission
Victor Vance drops by his brother, Lance's apartment. While inside he finds Phil Cassidy wielding a gun. Victor surprised, opens the door and sees Umberto Robina, a Cuban gang member and Lance arrive. He is informed that the Mendez Cartel are going to hit the Vance Crime Family's business empires and so Lance has brought some of Victor's friends to help out. The gang goes outside while Phil, Umberto and two of his gang members drive away in a Gang Rancher. Lance takes out a M4 Carbine (which is an error as it is an M16A1) from his Infernus' trunk and gets in the car. In a time limit of 8 minutes, Victor and Lance get to the first business and successfully defend it from Mendez's goons. After defending the three businesses, Lance receives a message from Umberto and Phil telling him that they have successfully defended all of the businesses they went to.

Trivia
- When Lance calls himself the "Lance-erator", it is a possible reference to the 1984 movie The Terminator, which happened to be released in 1984 (which is also the setting for Vice City Stories).
- The word "Blitzkrieg" translated from German means "flash war" or "lightning war". It is a German tactical and operational methodology in the first half of the Second World War that was often hailed as a new method of warfare.
- If you activate the "Destroy All Cars" cheat after the cutscene before everyone gets in the car, the screen will black out and you will spawn in the spot where the pink halo to start this mission. You will see bodies in Lance's garage (including Vic's). No matter how long you go the bodies will stay in the garage and the mission stop from progressing, the only way to get out of this is to fail the mission.
- Phil Wields a chromed Uzi and a chromed Equalizer.
Reward
Upon completing this mission, you are awarded $700 and unlock the missions Lost and Found (which continues Lance's plan), Domo Arigato Domestoboto and So Long Schlong.
