The Broker Bus Depot is located in Downtown Broker, Liberty City and is owned by the Liberty City Transport Authority. The building is inaccessible. Being a bus depot, Buses do spawn there: at the front of the depot there are three Buses, and the fourth Bus is parked further down next to a bus stop. Buses aren't able to be used as a form of public transportation.

- The LTA headquarters is a few blocks down the road from the depot.
- The Algonquin - Dukes Expressway runs above the depot.
- Sometimes the bus depot will be empty.
