COGS is a brand of watches that only appears in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
The only known shop is located in Rodeo, Los Santos. The brand appears in the instruction manual that comes with the game. The store name is a pun, since "COGS" sounds like "Cocks". But the logo is similar to Sparco from it's font.
