Cam O'Flarge is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Cam O'Flarge is, in 1984, a member of the Army in Vice City and is stationed at the Fort Baxter Air Base. His name is a take on the word camouflage.
