This page lists all the Restricted Areas in the GTA Series.

Note: Some restricted areas are accessible during free-roam and only give a Wanted Level if entering them a certain way. For example, the Los Santos Golf Club is always accessible to players. Wanted Levels will only be gained for entering if the player flies a plane low over the course. 

Note: Some restricted areas are only restricted for a limited time and can later be unlocked and accessible without police attention. Some examples include San Fierro, Algonquin and Alderney.
