The Cedar Ridge Observatory is an observatory in Cedar Grove, Shoreside Vale, Liberty City, in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. In the two games, the observatory is purely decorative and as such is normally inaccessible to the player, though it may be possible to get there via cheats. However, if the player manages to reach there, the ground is not solid so the player cannot land on or near it. The observatory is featured on Rockstar's site for GTA III.
