Dodo	Elmo Loonies	Claude meets Dodo whilst trying to steal back a new Dementia limousine from the police impound, with Dodo informing Claude of some weapons located behind the Harman Hotel.
Lance	Elmo Loonies	Claude meets Lance whilst trying to steal back a new Dementia limousine from the police impound. Lance is paid to distract the guard at the impound, allowing Claude to enter and steal the limousine.
