CityBank in Portland, Liberty City.
CityBank is a bank based in Liberty City and appears in both Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. One of the banks branches can be found on the eastern edge of the Red Light District, and another in Chinatown across from the Callahan Bridge entrance. The name is a possible parody of the real life Citibank. The bank is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
