Cougar is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (set in 1986).
Cougar is a member of the Biker gang in Vice City, which is led by "Big" Mitch Baker.

Baker introduces Tommy Vercetti to Cougar and fellow Biker Zeppelin, before having the three race each other to see how good Vercetti is on a motorcycle. Vercetti wins the race, defeating Cougar who is later described by Mitch Baker as being good on a bike. Cougar is later assaulted by the Sharks when they steal Baker's motorcycle, which Vercetti later retrieves.
