Criminal Rating is a statistic first introduced in Grand Theft Auto III. It is measured by NPCs killed, vehicles blown up, and how much overall mayhem is done. Below is a list of all criminal ratings available for the player to obtain in the game.

Bully 10 - 24
Thug 25 - 69
Hustler 70 - 149
Goon 150 - 249
Wheelman 250 - 449
Hired Muscle 450 - 699
Fixer 700 - 999
