Crims on Water Wings is a Side Mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It is automatically activated after entering the Skimmer beside the Vice City Lighthouse. It is similar to Crims on Wings where the player must fly a Bi plane through a series of checkpoints.
