Curtly was scheduled to be a character in the Grand Theft Auto series but was dropped from Grand Theft Auto III during its development. Curtly was voiced by Curtis L. McClarin, although the dialogue was never used. Curtly remains in the GTA III manual credits, listed below Darkel, although there is no character texture on the data files.
Trivia
- Curtly's name is similiar to "Curly" the name of Curly Bob.
