El Corona Village is a housing project in Los Santos, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Description
The projects are large and poverty-ridden housing. As the name implies, it is located in El Corona, across the tracks from Unity Station. The projects consist of 12 buildings and 2 parking areas for residents.
Influence
The project resembles the Dana Strand Village Housing Projects of Wilimington, Los Angeles.
Crime
The projects are deep in Varrios Los Aztecas territory. Between The Green Sabre, it was controlled by the Los Santos Vagos, but during the riots, it is recaptured by the Aztecas. Gang members can be seen hanging around the projects in groups.
