Background

She's a girl of possibly Mexican descent, by the time of the events of GTA V, she's dating Alonzo, a student of the USLA. It's apparent that Alonzo mistreats her badly, forcing her to do housework and abusing her verbally and physically.

Events of GTA V

After Franklin purchases the Downtown Cab Co, sometimes he'd be called to do a special private fare that Alonzo requested. Clinton would pick up Alonzo at the University, and take him where Liz is at, whose car got wrecked. When Franklin compliments the looks of Liz, Alonzo will get out from the car and pick a fight with Franklin.

Right when Alonzo gets disposed of, Liz will ask Franklin to take her to her friend's apartment on Palomino Avenue, glad that finally Alonzo got what he deserved. During the trip to her friend's place, she'll show advances towards Franklin, ending up in being invited to the apartment, where Liz's roommate seems to be in and join a party with them.

From that moment on, Liz will be on Franklin's phone contact list and can be called for casual sex.
