It is a post-modern, art-deco style building, with businesses in its ground floors, including The Bean Machine, Brawls, and Didier Sachs stores. The building has an underground garage for the exclusive use of residents that can be accessed via an entrance located on Alta Street. Additionally, the building has also access to Pillbox Hill Public Parking Lot shared with the adjacent buildings that can be entered from Alta Street and Vespucci Boulevard. The tower is very accessible via public transportation as well, since Pillbox South Station is in opposition to the building. The tower appears to be based on the 801 Tower, a 259 ft (79 m) skyscraper in Los Angeles, California[1].
Between 07:00 and 11:00, a random car may be seen driving out of the Alta Street entrance to the public parking lot onto Alta Street[2].
