The Grotti Bestia GTS is a two-door shooting-brake featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update.

The car appears to take heavy influence from the Ferrari FF and Ferrari GTC4Lusso, seen heavily in the front grille design, headlamp shape and overall body shape. The rear of the vehicle features a B-pillar also taken from the FF, where it makes the car a grand-tourer with a hatched-back design. The tail lamps take influence from the 2010 Alfa Romeo Giulietta, while the double-stacked exhausts might have been lifted from Lexus RC F.
The car appears with a black frontal trim centered between the two front bumper panels, as well as a large 3-element grille containing chrome dividers and small side intakes. Above the bumper, two black housings can be seen on the edges containing circular headlamps, small turn signals and upper light strips. The bonnet can be seen with a bulge in the centre with twin intakes, along with a manufacturer emblem on the front.
The sides of the car make use of concave formations through the doors and rounded arches, with the front ones curving up towards the A-pillars of the vehicle and the rear ones slightly extending from the car. The greenhouse area features black trim with coloured mirror wings, and the roof features a carbon finish which leads up to the front pillars of the vehicle, with the roof-line itself being painted.
On the rear, a hatched window is found, together with an extra panel holding the license plate and the silver badges displaying the car's name. A small lip can be found above the tail lamps, passing through the boot compartment right below the window. The lower section is finished in black, with the outer edges having twin exit, twin exhausts with chrome circular tips, and the centre having a meshed vent. Its interior is shared with vehicles like the 9F and the F620.
The car is painted with a primary colour on the body, as well as the stitches on the interior. Its wheels use a unique set of split five-spoke rims, wrapped in low-profile tyres.

The car's performance is similar to that of the Carbonizzare, having above average acceleration and a very similar top speed. Its handling is also excellent, thanks to a nippy steering rack which has a large radius.
The engine model appears to be a twin-cam 4-cylinder engine, coupled to a 6-speed gearbox in a front-engine, all-wheel-drive layout. The engine sound revs high is also taken from the Carbonizzare's, being a high-revving engine.

- Bestia is Spanish, Polish, Hungarian and Italian for Beast, a likely nod to the Beast GTS from the first Grand Theft Auto.
- In addition, it could be a reference to the Rockstar San Diego game Midnight Club II, which featured a Pontiac GTO-based muscle car called the '71 Bestia.
- When the engine is powered down, the vehicle will emit a ‘beep’ sound effect.
