It does not appear to be available in any store. The only time the brand is seen is on the table at the deck of the Dignity yacht as seen during the mission Daddy's Little Girl in GTA V, and during Series A - Coke in GTA Online.
Cancer might loosely be based on the cigarette company Camel, due to both having an animal as their logo and both companies names starting with "Ca".
