Keith Elam (born July 17, 1961, in Roxbury, Massachusetts - died April 19, 2010, in Suffern, New York), better known as The Guru (and occasionally Baldhead Slick), was an American rapper, voice actor, producer and actor.
Career[]
Guru, along with DJ Premier, was in a musical duo called Gang Starr and had a couple of their tracks featured in two different GTA games.
He provided the voice of 8-Ball in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
Guru died on April 19, 2010, from multiple myeloma, after suffering a cardiac arrest and falling into a coma at the age of 48.
