Description[]
The show sends contestants to exotic locations for permanent body modification, such as ass implants in Somalia, leg lengthing in Mongolia, tits in Jakarta and a second penis in Tijuana. It is broadcasted by CNT every Monday.
Despite the ads, the show cannot be seen by the player at any moment in the game, and only its advertisements can be seen.
