Firemen are non-playable characters that appear in most of the Grand Theft Auto games.
Overview
They come in Firetrucks when 5-10 flames are around. They can be seen in certain missions, such as Rigged to Blow. Up until GTA V firemen do very little to put out any fires and do not intervene in anyway other than during the mission Rigged to Blow. In GTA V however, they do react to fires and can be called through the emergency services option via your cellphone. Strangly, they can become very hostile during GTA Online for unknown reasons.
