First Base is a cutscene mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas at Catalina's Hideout in Fern Ridge, Red County.
Mission
Catalina wanted CJ to return to her hideout to finish up robbing Red County. CJ heads up to her hideout to apologize for not treating her right and Catalina professes her love to CJ. First Base unlocks the three remaining robbery missions, which are all but the one CJ chose after First Date.
Post mission phone call
Cesar: Hey, holmes, I been busy!
CJ: Cesar! Whasup?
Cesar: I can smell nitrous oxide from a mile off. Racing, my friend. Cars. Not beautiful cars, but fast man, fast!
CJ: What are you talking about?
Cesar: Street racers, from San Fierro. They meet out here to tear up the black top. No chota, no chota choppers. You wanna make some money?
CJ: Does the Pope shit in the woods?
Cesar: Why you keep asking me that, holmes? I told you, I dunno. Where his holiness does his business is his business. Just get a fast car and meet me and Kendl just south of Montgomery. See you, man.
