In order to complete the mission the player must:
Avery Carrington: Come in and park yourself on the hide, son. Hell, my daddy used to say, never look a gift horse in the mouth, and by golly, he never did. Would you like a drop of the old Kentucky?

Tommy Vercetti: No thanks.

*You can finish the mission without killing the property developer, just push it into the water that will be given the task as complete, but the death toll from the Stats menu of the game does not increase.

  +
*Push the three Caddys next to the driving range into the water before confronting the property developer, so the bodyguards will be unable to join the chase.
Avery Carrington: A clean thinker! I like that. Now, the property business isn't all about high-falooting paper pushing. It's about dirt! And the will to claim that dirt! You with me, son?

*The player can enter the country club by using a vehicle to jump over the fence, or by jumping onto a wooden bridge close to the Links Bridge. This method allows Tommy to keep all his weapons.

  +
*If you get a pistol before entering this mission, and use the method above, you can - if you stand far enough away - shoot the property developer without the bodyguards even noticing you, making this mission considerably easier.
Tommy Vercetti: Oh yeah.

*You can also shoot the property developer if you stand far enough away with a Ruger. It can be found on the roof of El Swanko Casa (even before purchase). The Ruger is a better choice, as it can kill the developer from a distance much easier than other weapons.

*If you have a Helicopter, you can easily use it to pass through security, so you will not have to lose your weapons when entering the club, making the mission much more easy.
Avery Carrington: Well, I need some tenacious bastard to let go of some dirt, and you look to me like the guy to persuade him.

Tommy Vercetti: Persuation's my forte.

Avery Carrington: Yeah, he'll be down at the country club, down at the golf course. They don't allow guns, so his bodyguards won't be packing lawgivers. Go beat eight tons of crap out of him. Here now - I got you a membership, and boy you're gonna need more appropriate clothing.

(Tommy leaves Avery's construction site)

Tommy Vercetti: This guy's my new friend. I never had a friend with a wig before...
