Fred Armisen (born December 4, 1966 in Valley Stream, Long Island, New York/Hattiesburg, Mississippi) is an American voice actor, writer, producer, comedian, actor, director, singer and musician who appeared in TV shows such as Squidbillies, Broad City, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Saturday Night Live, Chozen, Ugly Americans, Bob's Burgers, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, 30 Rock, Conan, Unsupervised, The Looney Tunes Show, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Modern Family, Crank Yankers, House of Lies, Out There, Freak Show, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Portlandia, Super Fun Night, The Simpsons and Archer. He also appeared in films such as Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters, The Smurfs, Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, The Smurfs 2, and Easy A. He provides the voices of a pervert, hotdog vendor and the internet nerd in Grand Theft Auto IV and Fame or Shame judge Hugh Harrison in Grand Theft Auto V.
