The Governor Greg Johnson Projects are an apartment complex featured in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Description
The projects are located in Northwood, Algonquin. They are mostly based on the Polo Ground towers. There are three 24-storey apartments, each 84.56 meters tall. There are a few smaller apartments and a Community Center on site, as well as several other recreational parks and basketball courts. Two of the building's interiors are not accessible to the player. African Americans, Dominicans, and other people of Latino descent spawn around the building.
In the The Ballad of Gay Tony version, Dominicans and drug dealers spawn around the area. It is also a drop off for Armando and Henrique after activities and during the mission I Luv LC.
Crime
The projects are notorious for their high crime rates, it is a hot-spot for gangsters, drug dealers, junkies and prostitutes.
