The Governor Greg R. Smith Houses seem to have some form of gang activity, as when you go to the buildings, the people there may have guns, and every once in a while, you can see crackhead hobos sleeping in the park or around the buildings, and it also seems like all of the housing projects in GTA Games have some sort of criminal traces, but it is unkown what the crime rate in these projects may be, as they serve no role in the storyline. Crime And Gangs
