GTA San Andreas
In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the Grotti Showroom is located on Mulholland Drive in the Rodeo district of Los Santos, San Andreas. It is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
Grand Theft Auto IV
In Grand Theft Auto IV, the showroom has a little more to offer. It is located in Middle Park East on the corner of Pyrite Street and Bismarck Avenue. The only car they sell is a Turismo which the player can steal and either drive out the double doors or out one of the many breakable windows.
Events of TLAD
The showroom plays a role in the history of The Lost and Damned during Shifting Weight, where Johnny, Malc and DeSean are blocked by NOOSE Patriots and Police cruisers from all sides, and the only way to escape is by crashing into the windows of the showroom, and successfully coming onto Union Drive East.
Interior
The glass double doors bear a big Grotti logo on them, there are also Grotti logos on the walls. There is a spiral staircase at the back of the showroom which leads up to the next floor. Both floors contain Turismos which are on display. There are pedestrians and workers around the showroom, presumably looking at the cars or working in the showroom. There are windows all around which can be broken if hit or shot.
Exterior
The windows are visible (obviously) around the whole of the building and there is a roof over the top of the double doors that can be walked on by going up the interior spiral stairs, smashing the window and walking onto the roof.

Grand Theft Auto V
A Grotti Showroom linked with various other vehicle dealers can be found on Mad Wayne Thunder Drive and Eastbourne Way in Rockford Hills, Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto V, Just down the street Bob Mulét. In the image presented there are four vehicles logos presented these are Buckingham, Pfister, Grotti and Enus, however in the Enus section of the building (far right) there is a car covered with a cover going by the shape of the car it looks like a Cognoscenti Cabrio. A strange thing about this building is that for some reason the Buckingham window (2nd from the left) has a car underneath it but in Grand Theft Auto V Buckingham only sell planes and jets and not cars.
Trivia
- If a player happens to park their car in the dealership, get out, and then get back in it, they will receive a one star wanted level. This glitch was also present at Auto Eroticar, Westdyke Auto and Larry's RV Sales in Grand Theft Auto V.
- Strangely, the Building didn't have entrance to the office building above from the showroom.
