Harbor Hover Race is a side-mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The player must enter the Bovver'64 on the eastern side of the abandoned shacks, off the coast of south-west Ocean Beach. The player needs to follow checkpoints on sea and land (through Starfish Island) under a time of 3:45. The reward is $500. This side-mission is required for 100% Completion.
